They are GROUP LESSONS, LESSONS, LESSONS!!!! Competitive group lessons, conducted by PROFESSIONAL instructors, at a great coach to player ratio that will TEACH, TEACH, and TEACH the essentials of hitting for ALL ages. Our determination is to DEVELOP EACH athlete through, PROPERLY performed, MASS REPETITIONS of the FUNDAMENTAL principals that will facilitate the tools to compete on the field this Spring!

We use strategically designed drills, tools, demonstrations, and video analysis to TEACH the body positions needed.  Then we dig into the reasons WHY we need these techniques and the benefits they bring.

Now that the athlete knows WHAT we need to do, HOW to do it, and WHY we need to do it they will buy in and reach a new level of SUCCESS!

-Open to the public

-4 to 6 players 

-1 hour sessions

-Drills, circuits, discussions, video analysis, competitions and instruction that TEACH athletes.  

-Expectations to challenge ones self and make adjustments needed to gain proficiency

-Mass repetitions
